Principal Solar to convert investment in IntelliMedia

Principal Solar (OTCPK:PSWW) announces an agreement with IntelliMedia/Apollo Green to convert its investment into a note with a return of capital and interest payable. The proceeds will be used to acquire logistics assets and advance its existing development deal with IPLTech Electric. Additional details of the IntelliMedia deal will be announced when finalized. PSWW is also evaluating partnering with cryptocurrency mining specialists in well-side projects that would be powered by low-cost electricity generated from the company’s natural gas holdings.
